I had just watched Rep. Tom Price R-Ga talk about how badly we need the Protect America Act because of the Islamic militias calling for the Zionists in Israel to make their war an open war. Rep. Price believes that we should allow the government to pry into our lives because the muslims want the world to know about their war with Israel. Frankly, it is none of our business what happens between Israel and the middle eastern states. Israel has thrown its weight around since its inception. They have been backed by American weapons, planes, and tanks. This Christian Conservative Party, because that is all the Republican Party really is, want to protect their holy land that they surprisingly gave to the Israeli state after centuries of trying to uproot the muslims. I say that if the CCP want to push their crusades, then they need to do it without pimping out our military (as they are currently doing in Iraq and Afghanistan), stop telling lies to the American people that cause them to live in a constant state of fear (prozac anyone?), and pick up their own little christian army and go fight. Stop allocating government funds and American lives to fight their holy war.
On another note, Rep. Trent Franks R-AR wants the government to overturn Roe v. Wade. He wants to describe to the American public the total number of “deaths” that happen from abortions. He spoke earlier saying that the total amount of abortions that had taken place just today, almost equal the number of deaths on 9/11. Well, tell me. If the Republicans refuse universal healthcare, how are all of those children supposed to be taken care of? If they don’t want to raise minimum wage, how are these people suppose to support their children? Accidents happen, when it comes to having sex. We are not a country built on Christianity. We are a country built on Democracy. We have freedom of religion and a separation of church and state. The country needs to be governed by intelligence and common sense, not by hocus pocus and religious superstitions.
We declare to the world that our country is the land of the free and the home of the brave. People should be free to make their own decisions without having to consort with the christian bible. Anyone here not a christian? the answer is yes. As for the brave, the American people need to stop listening to the Republican scare tactics and live their lives with courage and conviction. We will not live in fear. Benjamin Franklin once said, “Those who give up essential liberty to purchase a little temporary safety, deserve neither liberty nor safety.”

Perhaps I can help you with some fact correction. The Islamic Fundamentalist Muslims are at war with us – they declared the war, you might have missed this event.
Israel has not thrown its weight around as it has been under constant seige by the Arab peoples since it was formed and the U.S. did not form then – the UN did with much help from the British. Israel was created in 1948, after UN Resolution 181 partitioned the territory of the British Mandate for Palestine into two states for Jews and Palestinian Arabs. The Arabs objected to the creation of the Jewish state and fought a war against it. The Arab side lost the war, and the Palestinian state never really came into being. The territory allotted to the Palestinian state by the UN partition resolution was taken over by Israel and Jordan.
There are a whole host of Republicans who are not Christian Conservatives and I am one of them. As a matter of fact, we are a country built on Christianity – take a look at all the founding documents.
I suggest that if you are going to post, you might actually learn about history and the events you are posting about.
I admit you have me on the actual facts with the UN. The problems of the world today, however, are because of the UN trying to form nations wihtout the considerations of the people that currently reside there. And I know that not all Republicans are Christian Conservatives, but let me ask you this. Do you consider yourself a christian and base your decision on the bible? If not, then it is truly a pleasure to meet you. Growing up here in Tennessee’s bible belt, it is just hard to visualize. Next, our country was inhabited by chrisitians but the government was not founded or built on christian ideas. It was meant to be separated from religion. This is why we have many different religions that have the ability to coexist. We even have people without any religion. Also, the majority of the founding fathers weren’t even christians. They were deists. I will look again at the founding documents and I suggest that you do the same. They didn’t blatantly advertise it to the country. So, I say again, the country was not built on christianity, even though we have seen a plague of christianity overwhelm us over time. I do know some history and will post what I like. If I am not correct on certain historical facts, then I appreciate any corrections. I admit that I am not perfect and I am not atheist either. I am a deist. In case anybody would like try that one.
And one more thing, the United States government controls the UN. The UN is a puppet of the United States. How do I know? Just look at Iraq. George W. Bush has proved it to the entire world. The UN has no power. The UN passed its resolution because it had the backing of the United States. This gave the United States an ally in the Middle East.
Back, to the war in the Middle East. I was not talking about the small confrontations between Israel and Palestine. I was talking about the centuries long war between Christians and Muslims. And no, the Muslims didn’t start it when the Persians tried to take Constantinople. It was the bloodbath at Jerusalem of Muslims by the hands of the Christians during the first crusade. Everything before that had been conflicts of territories and expansion of empires, not religion.
