Day in and day out, this is all he has to say.  Smells like fear to me.  I know he will not stop until the Democraticc party nomination has been declared.  He sees the polls.  We have all seen the polls.  I agree, we can’t fully trust the polls.  Pat knows, just like I know, Obama has a movement growing behind him.  Hillary Clinton doesn’t.  The only shot that John McCain has at being the president of the United States is if the American people accept more Republican fearmongering and decide to back Hillary Clinton instead of Barack Obama.  Tell me something Pat, if the Republican party will crush Obama, Hillary has a better shot against John McCain, and you are a Republican, how come you are tirelessly campaigning on her behalf?

 It seems that the logical thing here would be to support the person that you can easily defeat.  I might be because some voters have already declared that they do not like Hillary and if Obama doesn’t get the nomination, they will vote Republican.  This will make it easier for John McCain.  The American people are not ignorant of the Republican party’s fear tactics anymore. 

Everytime the Republican party gets worried or scared, they pull out the fear card.  We just heard our idiotic president this morning whining that if Congress doesn’t pass his domestic spying law, he will not be able to protect us.  Well George, I don’t want your protection.  You weren’t over in Iraq protecting me from the evil terrorists, and you know what happened?  I learned that I can protect myself without you spying on my personal calls and accounts.  George Bush is running scared, just as the some other Republicans.  They are running scared and the only way to protect themselves is to project that fear on you.

We survived the Cold War without legally spying on American citizens and we will survive the Bush War without having to legally spy on Americans.  If you ever want to know when a Republican is scared, just listen they start talking about the big bad terrorists and how they are the only ones that can protect us.  We will not live in a police state.  We will build our republic in the image of a truly democratic nation that belongs to the free and the brave.

“Those who give up essential liberty to pay for a little security, deserve neither liberty nor security”- Benjamin Franklin.  These words were spoken by one of our greatest Founding Fathers.  They knew what life was like living under a tyrant and started a revolution in the name of freedom.  Now, we know what life is like living under a tyrant, another King George III, and now is the time to stand up for our rights and revolt against the fearmongering, the trampling of our constitution, and crimes committed against humanity by the regime.

Stand for freedom or live your life on your knees.

On another note, Rep. Trent Franks R-AR wants the government to overturn Roe v. Wade.  He wants to describe to the American public the total number of “deaths” that happen from abortions.  He spoke earlier saying that the total amount of abortions that had taken place just today, almost equal the number of deaths on 9/11.  Well, tell me.  If the Republicans refuse universal healthcare, how are all of those children supposed to be taken care of?  If they don’t want to raise minimum wage, how are these people suppose to support their children?  Accidents happen, when it comes to having sex.  We are not a country built on Christianity.  We are a country built on Democracy.  We have freedom of religion and a separation of church and state.  The country needs to be governed by intelligence and common sense, not by hocus pocus and religious superstitions. 

We declare to the world that our country is the land of the free and the home of the brave.  People should be free to make their own decisions without having to consort with the christian bible.  Anyone here not a christian? the answer is yes.  As for the brave, the American people need to stop listening to the Republican scare tactics and live their lives with courage and conviction.  We will not live in fear.  Benjamin Franklin once said, “Those who give up essential liberty to purchase a little temporary safety, deserve neither liberty nor safety.”
